| RiskPro includes a comprehensive and intuitive accounts
module. Cash and journal entry is provided together with a manual
premium entry for cases where no risk exists on the system. Automatic
allocation of cash is performed when payment or receipt vouchers
are entered. |
| |
The accounts module has full multi-currency
processing capability, including the handling of convertible and
cross currency settlements. Currency combinations can be defined
together with an associated rate of exchange, which can be updated
as and when required. Transactions are also automatically re-rated
upon receipt of cash (where required) and currency exchange differences
logged.
It is also possible to allocate (match) items even after an entry
is processed by using the matching function. This feature also
caters for the partial allocation of cash and writing off amounts
where possible if within the defined system tolerances.
|

|
Accounting statements are automatically
generated by the system and can be modified to include / excluded
items if required.

All enquiries (by account, transaction, risk etc.)
are cross-linked so that the user can 'drill down' from one enquiry
to the next without the need to write down information or exit screens
in order to access the required data. This functionality also extends
to all historic data and gives the perfect audit trail for the investigation
of any queries on both outstanding and settled items. |
| |
| The accounts module includes numerous utilities
which, given the appropriate security, allow entries to be unallocated,
transaction details to be modified and the deletion of accounts
transactions by contra postings etc. |
