Build
Create rich formatted Word or Whitespace templates, including fields referencing RiskPro data, or your own system data. Templates can then be used when building documentation against a file within the document management system (DMS).
Manage
Administrators can define a default company folder structure to be used each time a file is created. Additionally, users can self-manage folder structures and the storing of files within the DMS. Stored files, correspondence and Whitespace Slips are visible within the DMS.
Send
Any file type stored within the DMS can easily be attached to a new email, including the ability to convert attachments to PDF. Emails can then be automatically filed back into the DMS for auditing purposes.
Integrate
Our easy to use API technology allows new or legacy systems to interact with the DMS. Files can be automatically created, along with the ability to reference system data. This functionality allows the DMS to run along side any type of system, new or old.
Search
Powerful searching capabilities are built into the heart of the system. Easily locate correspondence, email attachments, documents and spreadsheets by entering keywords. Matching results are returned and files can be located with ease.
Plugins
The DMS integrates with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook by utilising our bespoke plugins. Easily insert system data into a document, keep track of DMS filed emails within Outlook or open and save documents to the DMS straight from Microsoft Office.
Automation
Email correspondence can be automatically filed into the DMS via our AI technology. The DMS scans incoming and outgoing emails to determine the relevant DMS filing location against a policy. Additionally, documents can be generated automatically via RiskPro’s Workflow facility.
Hosting
Our products can be hosted within your trusted Microsoft Azure Cloud environment, allowing you to access the system globally. Additionally, the data can be stored within your on-premise infrastructure. This flexibility allows our solution to meet your company system and security requirements.
