NEW FEATURE: Claims Hub: New statuses.
NEW FEATURE: Claims Hub: Upon marking a UCR as ‘Closed’ :- If all movements for a UCR have been marked as ‘Agreed by Underwriters’, a warning message will reflect ‘Are you sure you would like to close UCR ###?’. If the user were to click ‘Yes’, all movements will be marked as ‘Closed’. If there are still open movements on a UCR (one or more of the statuses does not reflect ‘Agreed by Underwriters’), a warning message will appear stating ‘You are unable to close the UCR due to one or more movements are not marked as ‘Agreed by Underwriters’. The user must therefore review the individual movement(s) and mark them as ‘Agreed by Underwriters’ before the UCR can be closed.
NEW FEATURE: Email Filing: If the email contains an invalid character or attachment, an alert message will appear notifying the user of the issue.
NEW FEATURE: Quality Broker Portal Management: You can now define an account type such as Underwriter, Regular User or Administrator.

ENHANCEMENT: You can now access the right-click menu when selecting multiple files in the Documents area, instead of just against a single file. For example, to copy multiple files at a time, select the desired files, right click and click ‘Copy’.

Right click on a file to view menu
You can now right click on a file within the Documents area to reveal menu options such as opening, copying, renaming and downloading a file. You can also convert a document to PDF format from the right click menu. This new feature allows you to access the facilities you use the most in the Hybrid much more efficiently.
Drag and drop onto a folder to file documents
· To file a single/batch of documents directly into a folder, simply drag and drop the files onto the relevant folder in the tree view and the files will be filed into the specified location.
Change filing destination on a per file basis upon drag and drop
· You can change the filing destination for each file you drag and drop into the Documents area. For example, if you would like to file multiple documents at once but in different locations, simply select and drag and drop the files into the Documents area, click the blue folder icon under ‘Change Filing Destination’ and specify the risk/folder path.
· Move the file to another folder within the same risk or select a different risk by entering the risk number in the risk control. You can click the blue clock icon to view recently opened risks and select the desired risk. You will then be presented with the risk document folders you can file into.
· You can now create folders on the fly when copying or filing documents by selecting the parent folder for the new folder, then click the ‘New Folder’ button. A new folder will then be created, and you can file or copy the document into that new folder location.

· You can right click on a folder in the tree view to have access to options such as creating a new folder within the selected folder, copy/move the folder, rename and deleting the folder.
File email attachments in a separate location to email
· When dragging and dropping an email into the Documents area, if ‘File attachments separately’ is ticked, you can specify if you’d like to change the filing destination for the email attachments. This means that email attachments can be filed in a separate folder/risk location to the original email. Simply, click the blue folder button under ‘Change Filing Destination’ to specify the location.

The new Preview feature is accessible within the Documents area ribbon menu. Once the Preview button is toggled, the Preview window will appear displaying the document contents. This feature works with Outlook emails, Word documents, Excel documents and PDF documents. This feature is especially useful when working remotely on a PC that doesn’t have Microsoft Office installed.
File email attachments separately upon drag and drop
When dragging and dropping an email into the Documents area that contains attachments, the email and attachment will appear in the ‘Select files to import’ window. If the ‘File attachments separately’ tick box is ticked, the attachment and email will be filed separately within the Documents area. If left unticked, the attachment will remain within the email and filed as one file within the Documents area.
Option to only show current transactions when producing Debit/Credit Notes
Upon selecting a Debit or Credit Note template, the ‘Only show current transactions’ tick box will appear. If ticked, only current transactions appear. If unticked, historic transactions appear as well as current transactions. This assists in locating the relevant transaction more efficiently.
Double click on a file to open
You can now double click on a document within the Documents Area to open the file, the same way as within the Windows operating system.
Right click on a file to copy or move
You can now copy or move a file by selecting single or multiple files, then right click on one of the selected files. The ‘Copy or Move Files’ window will then appear which will allow you to either copy or move the file to a different folder within the same or different risk

NEW FEATURE: There is a new email notes maintenance facility within the Settings area. You can add standard email notes that will appear for a user to select in a drop-down menu within the email filing facility and when they drag and drop an email into the documents area.
NEW FEATURE: Company administrators now have the option to mandate that users enter email notes when filing an email.
NEW FEATURE: Users can now file an email under multiple risks at once.
NEW FEATURE: ‘Email Filed By’ and ‘Email Filed On’ columns have been added within the documents area so that a user can see who filed an email and when.
ENHANCEMENT: Within the Claims Hub, by default no UCRs will appear unless you enter a UCR within the search box. The relevant records will appear if the UCR contains a number sequence that was entered in the ‘Enter a UCR’ search box.

NEW FEATURE: CLASS users now have the ability to produce a Claims Enquiry PDF that displays relevant claim information. Within the 'CLASS Entries' screen for a UCR, you will now see a ‘Print to PDF’ button on the menu ribbon as shown below. Once you click the button, a PDF will be produced. The PDF will be saved within your local My Documents folder under a new folder called ‘Claims Enquiries’.

NEW FEATURE: Open a risk within RiskPro 6 from the Risk Search screen in RiskPro Assistant. Within the main menu ribbon, start by entering data associated with a risk such as insured post-code, risk title, etc. and then click 'Risks'. The Risk Search screen will then appear with the relevant risks. You'll see that there are two buttons on each row of the returned risks. The documents button opens up the Risk Documents screen in the RiskPro Assistant and the risk button opens up the risk within RiskPro 6.
NEW FEATURE: Directors can now electronically sign and encrypt documents stored in RiskPro with ease. Firstly, the broker would click on the 'Document Signing' drop-down menu within RiskPro Assistant Documents area and then click 'Request Second Signature' on the selected document. The director will then receive a desktop notification alerting them that a document is awaiting their review for a signature. The director will have a single window that will allow them to open/review the document and then easily electronically sign or reject signing the document. If the director chooses to reject, they can provide wording explaining why the document was declined. The broker would receive a desktop notification alerting them that a document signing response has been received. The broker would go into the Document Signing area (located on the Main Menu ribbon) to review the reason for rejection. If the director was to sign the document, an encrypted PDF will immediately be generated within the relevant risk document's area containing the director's signature. The broker will also immediately receive a desktop notification that a document signing response has been received. The broker can go into the Document Signing area and see that their document has been signed and also open the encrypted PDF from that screen, as well as being able to also open the file from the Risk Documents area. ENHANCEMENT: The 'Select Section' area within the Build Document window now contains a scrollbar, instead of extending the window height.
